Using electricity in the air as an energy source?

He also included to his words by mentioning, "If we know how electricity builds up and spreads in the atmosphere, we can also prevent death and damage caused by lightning strikes." Researchers are aware how powerful the energy of electricity, so it seams like a promising deal to lead this study. Fernando Galembeck and his team also worked with this idea of power and experimented water in contact with dust particles in the air.
