New Cancer Treatment, Broccoli

Grandmothers always know best, and they told no lies when they told us to eat our vegetables. New cancer research groups are finding out that sprots of broccoli have special chemical components that can combat cancer and reduce the risk of breast cancer. This chemical is called indole-3-carbinol. It is especially helpful because sprouts contain phytochemical sulforaphane. The sulforaphane produces enzymes that have been shown to deactivate free radicals. The enzymes have been studied in laboratory animals. This will help develop better diet and life styles for the uprising generation to help prevent cancer.
The chemical compounds are able to produce enzymes that our body can react to. They are able to get drastic reactions through the experiments that take place within us. It might be the glucoraphanin that taste bitter or the enzymes that deactivate carcinogens and radicals in our body. Science makes a way for our bodies to fight certain diseases with simple nature foods. Such are the ways nature affects us and our body ecosystems.
Cancer affects us all, and researchers everywhere are trying to put a stop to the spreading of cancer. If we can raise a generation with proper eating habits and ways of life than we might reduce the number of lives cancer claims in the future. When we are able to use nature as a tool and take advantage of all of its resources, then we might be able to fight more effectively. If the science in us can combine with the science in nature than maybe just perhaps we might stand a fighting chance.
