Fresh brain equal to fresh berries.

A report of aging by Shibu Poulose, Ph.D. explained how aging involve the body’s ability to protect itself from inflammation and oxidative damage. This leaves the people to be vulnerable to other disease. Polyphenolics that are found in fruits, vegetables and nuts are the essential need to the aging process. The antioxidants in fruits and nuts are the key to preventing cognitive decline. Previous study showed that rats were fed on 2 percent high antioxidants from several berries showed age-related deficit in nerves and behavior that involves learning and memorization.
The brain’s housekeeper is microglia using this in the process called autophagy to clean out the brain’s biochemical that would interfere with its function. This part of science where it shows that certain food have chemicals that would help the body to meet its needs. Like drinking tea can prevent cancer, eating carbohydrates will give you energy. It is also critical that the brain function is suppose to meet its needs for human to be able to perform at high expectation.
Eating fruits and vegetables just sounded really healthy, for those who worry about their aging process wouldn’t mind to have this knowledge. It is also an advertisement on food processing in berries and nuts. People nowadays worry about how old they are turning and how their brain wouldn’t be able to work as good as before. Now this study have proven to nourish the nature of the brain in a healthy way that could benefit even more than just the body.
