We all love food, but we hate EXERCISE, obesity has sky rocket in America this decade and is leading to dangerous condition, some even fatal. Scientist have underwent studies that show exercise can make you full and prevent weight gain. Hunger is a complex sensation, but it is determined in part by neurons located in the hypothalamus, which send signals to the brain telling it that you're either hungry or sated. These neurons get their message from hormones, but the body becomes resistant to these messages, the body begins to gain weight. Scientist suspect that cellular inflammation might be responsible for these signals losing the use. Researchers found that physical activities restores the nutritional balance through anti-inflammatory signaling. Interleukin-6, protein, is the key to signaling and when they are released in the muscle, they play a central role in regulation of appetite, energy expenditure and body composition. After their experiment, scientist discovered that Exercise CAN help reorganize nutritional balance.
Scientist see that the brain controls our nerves, which tell us when to be hungry and when to be full. When something goes wrong, in our bodies, we continue to eat and there's no sense of STOP in our brain. Exercise is a really good way to put order but into our bodies. Obesity is increasing daily in America and is the leading death cause today. But mu inducing certain proteins, we might be able to prevent these dangerous conditions.
Our body is the most important to us. What we eat is full of chemicals and fat that is
unhealthy to our body. 4 out 5 people are over weight and day by day, we're losing significant nutrients. Doctors tell us to exercise in order to keep our body healthy and keep balance in all our organs. Our health should be a priority.
