You leaving?

Thousands of birds are now dying. These arctic seabirds are now in danger because of the climate changes. The birds are uniquely adapted to the cold and dry summers. But instead, there has been more rain, fog, and stronger wind that they are not used to. Other factors that caused these birds to die are the decline in fish, parasites, storms, and rats. Fogs are a huge problem becausethese birds can fly, so if they can not see where they are going, they will likely hit each other and crash. It's just like driving and getting into car accidents. These animals like to live on the edge and this means near the cliff. Since they live on the cliff, you might think they are a lot safer. But actually, this is now creating a problem. With the arctic melting, these cliffs might fall any minute. There was an accident where a cliff fell and about 800 died right after it. Predictors, like snow foxes and polar bears are also a problem now.

The birds that are now dying are directly related to global warming. The weird and strange weather that are now taking place on earth is caused by global warming. These arctic seabirds are reducing in huge numbers and it's because of us.

These arctic birds might not be a huge problem now but in a few years, these birds might very well be extinct. If they are being affected by global warming, we will be too. Experts expect the world to be in war over water in 50 years and who knows what might happen to us. We might be extinct as well like these birds.
