There are millions of cells in our body; they all have the same DNA, and however they have different genes so they all carry different function. And the cells are a sort of blank slate in human embryos after fertilization. There are stem in cell with could be used as to study and treat diseases and to study the basic biology of what can be determines a cell’s destiny. Such as why a heart cell will becomes a heart cell, instead a brain cell. And the only way to get the stem cell is to destroy the embryos, but they can’t turn in the genes directly into a stem cell without using an embryo. The only way they can turn in the genes directly into a stem cell with an embryo is to reprogrammed cell with four genes. But everything is still in research so the scientist said “Things are very much in flux.”
This article is related to biology, because cell is the basic unit of life, without cells, we cannot reproduce tissues and organs. And the stem cell can help the entire cell unmask and make them not only have the same DNA also have the same genes. So that the cell can have multifunction and heart cell and be both heart cell and brain cell.
We should care about this information because unmask all cells to make stem cells can avoid complications between, but that doesn’t mean with stem cells we would be sick. Even the scientists said “We might go to need human embryonic stem cells for a while. And then we probably will not need them anymore”
