Preventing tooth loss by adding water with fluoride in your diet!

Studies show that fluoride in water plays a major role in future adult tooth loss. A man named Matthew Neidell announced that fluoride exposure at birth has a strong relationship in determining adult tooth loss in the future. A professor at the University of California, Howard Pollick, also noted that levels of fluoridation are the greatest at birth. He also added that approximately 75 percent of people who are served public water systems, have fluoride in them, which is beneficial. Scientists are also beginning to add fluoride into water systems to help keep society healthy, and fundings are also being held in order to enforce the act. And as we have probably heard many times before, Howard Pollick also included that people should brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste and also to reduce sugar levels.

By using what we know in the field of science/biology, we can improve many persons oral health just by drinking water with fluoride in it. Performing this simple step from childhood, can result in healthier habits.

This article was published to inform us that a simple mineral in water can make a difference which leads to a healthier lifestyle we'd all like to have. In addition, this topic can be beneficial to people who have a poor average oral hygiene.
