Astronaut lose muscle in space.

Do you know how muscle grow? Well it’s because of resistance and gravity on earth. What about those who are in space? Of course, they would still have muscle, but not as much as those who live on Earth. Without resistance to all the things they do, muscles show a decline of 40%. This is dangerous for those astronauts who are trying to get back to Earth for the case of emergency landing, they would not be able to escape or follow the procedures in time. The declination of strength is that a 80 years-old person, even those who have the biggest muscle before going into space show the greatest decline.
This is an issue that would need to be taken care of right away, time is short and lives on Mars are showing are showing as truth. Time is golden as it is on Earth right now as everything is over populated. So programs of fitness needed to be developed so that astronauts would be able to stay in space without losing the amount of fibers and muscles within their body. As it took about 1 year to reach Mars and 3 years of approximate for the mission,
The information is being sent as an update to what is happening up in space. The families of the astronauts might be worried, but the mission still need to be carry on. NASA and ESA are also on the mission to create a type of shuttle that would dock and take care of this problem. It is the determination of our scientist to not giving up on expanding the understanding of the Universe.
