Low Caloric Intake = Better Health

Researchers had established that people who consume low calorie sweetener are able to reduce their caloric intake and they do not overeat, through their new study. Sugar “substitute” benefits them with receiving fewer calorie while have the same level of hunger, or in another word, they can stay healthy. They also stated that people didn’t have to eat more amount of food for lunch or dinner, but they can still receive the same level of satiety when they consume lower calorie preloads that contain stevia or aspartame than when they consumer higher calorie preload that contains sucrose. This is a way that can allow people to eat less, keep balance and healthy, while intake fewer sugar.

This is related to the concept of biology because this has to do with human health and how chemicals react in their bodies and the affect of it. The researchers also tested on rats and find the same result as they had tested for humans. Health is the most import factor in life, so by staying in a good health, by means, intaking less sugar and more of lower calorie preloads, we can life a better life.

We should care because this can help us to intake less sugar and keep our diet balance. This can help to decrease obesity. Instead of swallowing down all the sugar, fats, and unhealthy products, we can still remain filled with only small amount of stevia or aspartame intake. This is healthier for your body rather than all sugar intake and still have equal amount of satiety.
