Eating chocolate reduces the risk of having a stroke. People who ate one serving of chocolate per week were 22% less likely to have a stroke than thise who didnt eat chocolate. Especially eating dark chocolate because its filled with antioxidant. Another thing that gives a heathy heart is less drinking. Drinking inreases a person's risk of having a stroke. Its not that you cant drink at all but consuming a moderate amount can be good for your cardiovascular sysytem. But if you drink alot it doubles the risk of having a stroke. Men should not drink more than 2 drinks per day and women who are not pregnant should drink no more than one drink per day.

This article is imporant because generally many people do not know these things. Many people think eating chocolate would make you fat but eating a good amount is healthy for you because it helps your heart.
